Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Processing time is 1-3 business days, once order has been fulfilled, priority shipping through USPS/ UPS will occur

Q: What if my order is damaged, lost or stolen during shipment?

A: Orders placed via USPS/ UPS are insured. Notify carrier; USPS: 1-800-275-8777. UPS: 1-800-742-5877

Q: Where is my tracking number?

A: If you haven’t received a tracking number after the processing time has passed, please contact us via email at Ayadeskin@yahoo.com

Q: Am i able to steam while pregnant?

A: No some herbs induce cramps or menses. You may steam post partum after bleeding has stopped.

Q: Does yoni steam cure STDs?

A: No please see your physician

Q: Why is my skin breaking out after using products?

A: Your skin may be going through a “purging” which means a reaction to an active ingredient that is increasing skin cell turnover rate. Before the new skin cells can rise to the top, the excess sebum, flakes, and clogged pores must be corrected, which may cause a breakout. Stick to your skincare routine.

Q: How do i know if I’m allergic to a product?

A: We recommend doing a patch test, behind the ear or near neckline. Allergens occur quickly, itching, hives, swelling are noticeable as soon as 5 mins after contact or maybe a 1 hour. If you notice you are allergic, discontinue use of product. If you notice severe reactions, ie bleeding, excessive burning, swelling, etc. seek medical attention immediately.

Q: I accidentally put the wrong address on my order, how do i receive my products?

A: Aya’de Health and Beauty is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If you place an order using the wrong address and it already shipped, we cannot change it. Your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address you use is complete and correct before placing your order.

Q: Do you take orders over the phone, through social media, or cash app?

A: We do not take orders over the phone, social media, or cash app. Orders can be placed through our website ayadehealthandbeauty.com

Q: Am i able to pick up products, once I’ve ordered?

A: We do not have a store front location at this moment, so all products must be shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders are subject to duty tax. Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and the amount paid covers shipping exclusively. 

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is placed there can not be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting. We only exchange items that are defective. Please email @ayadeskin@yahoo.com with name, order number, and pictures of defective items.
